DFL HYPOCRISY IS EXPOSED AGAIN!
The DFL is trying very hard to distract Minnesotans from the ethical problems plaguing their own party. Their current media scam is to try to connect Representative Mark Kennedy to Tom Delay. Delay has the same standing of the Anti-Christ with the rank and file members of the DFL.
Below is a list of the ethical and legal problems of the DFL Party in 2004. Since today is only December 1, this list is likely to grow before the end of the year.
1. DFL state Representative Phyllis Kahn pleads guilty to stealing the campaign literature of GOP State Representative Lynne Osterman.
2. DFL state Representative Tommy Rukavina pleads guilty to drunk driving.
3. A federal grand jury indicted former DFL state Representative Loren Jennings. He's accused of using his office to steer money to a company in which he had a financial interest. Jennings was indicted on four counts of mail fraud, one count of conspiracy and two counts of money laundering.
4. KMSP 9's undercover story on DFLers drinking and partying at the Capitol during session. DFL state Representative Scott Wasiluk lost in the primary election largely because he was seen drunk while on the job.
5. In the April/May issue of Minnesota Law and Politics, DFL state Representative Tommy Rukavina stated "I wanted to slap her [state Auditor Pat Anderson] around a bit for what she's done up here." Rukavina was later endorsed for reelection by the DFL Feminist Caucus.
6. The Federal Election Commission (FEC) ruled that the DFL House Caucus violated the Federal Election Campaign Act by making illegal transfers between state and federal campaign accounts. The FEC forced the DFL House Caucus to pay a $45,000 fine for violating federal election law.
7. Matt Entenza knowingly contributing $300,000 to the 21st Century Democrats, rather than the DFL caucus, with the intention that the 21st Century Democrats would provide field staff to assist DFL legislative candidates in Minnesota.
A group of Minnesota DFLers said Tuesday that a representative of Rep. Mark Kennedy told them that the Minnesota Republican voted for a controversial party rule change to help embattled Majority Leader Tom DeLay of Texas. Source: Star
