Hoping that lightning will strike twice, Mark Dayton has hired the same firm he used in 2000, Shrum, Devine & Donilon to be his campaign's media adviser.
Dayton's hiring of Bob Shrum, who was John Kerry's principal strategist, has not generated any new enthusiasm for his campaign with DFL activists.
