Minneapolis Mayor Raymond Thomas (R.T.) Rybak will announce he is running for re-election this Sunday, January 30. The event will be held at Franklin Art Works located at 1021 East Franklin Avenue.

Rybak's timing couldn't be worse as he will likely be questioned by the press about his illegal newsletter.
