MORE EVIDENCE OF HATCH vs DAYTON?
According to Hatch's office, Senator Mark Dayton will be with Hatch at 11 a.m. for a press conference:

But Dayton currently is rambling on from the floor of the U.S. Senate chamber about the presidential election results in Ohio.
English is my native language, but for some reason I cannot process the gibberish coming from Dayton's mouth. I recognize the words, but the manner in which he formulates sentences makes it impossible to understand what he is saying.
Could Dayton have decided to stay in Washington because Hatch may run against him?
