Anyone who has to send a letter to someone's boss asking for an apology about being called gutless, is probably pretty gutless.

Sen. Kelley rushed to have this phony press conference on the Friday before the big education rally so they would have some alternative to the Governor's education plan on the table. It was a publicity stunt, and it was gutless not to say where the money will come from.

I wonder why they only promised 5%? Why not 10% if you're not going to worry about paying for it?

Looking in the archives, we remember another Kelley press conference from last year saying Senate Democrats would make funding all-day kindergarten their number one priority. What happened to that?

More proof that they are only interested in politics and headlines, not real policy.
