CHRISSY COLEMAN'S DOUBLE-TALK

Chrissy Coleman criticizes St. Paul Mayor Randy Kelly for not raising taxes to fund additional public safety:

"'Randy likes to run around talking about how he is the public safety mayor, and I think we are seeing that is clearly not the case,' Coleman said. 'If we had been more judicious as we had gone along, in terms of taxes, and not just tried to go forever without raising the (property tax) levy, we wouldn't be in this position, which is something I argued while I was on the council.'" But on Chrissy's website, he's proud of the fact he helped balance St. Paul's budget without a tax increase:
