What if he rules that Medica's board was out of line?
He would be free to discharge (fire)the Board members that he appointed, and he would be free to appoint new Board members, since the ruling would say that Medica was still under Hatch's order, then he would also wipe out management that he concluded had blocked his ideas on Board control - say goodbye to the CEO and Chief Legal Counsel.
