MDE EXCLUSIVE: COVER-UP IN THE CITY OF LAKES?
I just received this tip:
Be on the alert. Per Jay Heffern, Mpls. City Attorney, the Ethics Officer, Burt Osburn, Assistant City Attorney, has been given the assignment of investigating Conroy's illegal conduct. Why would Jay Heffern ask an Assist. City Attorney to investigate another Assist. City Attorney. Rather stupid isn't it. Guess What? There is a cover up currently in progress at the City Attorney's Office. Osborn, is refusing to investigate Conroy's illegal behavoir.
I hope the MDE keeps on top of this matter. [Trust me, I will.]
