UPDATE: MDE EXCLUSIVE: COLEEN ROWLEY FOR SENATE?
Within minutes of my post, a dedicated reader of Minnesota Democrats Exposed sent me this picture. Rowley's literature has been recently corrected.
"Senate" has been blocked-out with a black marker and "Congress" has been written above.

Clearly this woman is not qualified for office because someone in the DFL typed the wrong office in the header.
If that's the best you have, this election should be a cake-walk.

Coleen Rowley's literature is the most pathetic campaign handout I've ever seen. A candidate for City Council would be embarrassed to distribute something that lame and poorly designed.
Then, to top it off, they name the wrong office. And instead of producing new literature to proudly share her talents and positions with voters at the Fair in a professional manner, they just scribble out "Senate" and scratch in "Congress" above it.

Maybe Cheney called and told her she was running for the Senate now.
I e-mailed her campaign and got the following response:
"This is ridiculous. Of course I'm running for Congress, specifically CD-2. It's possible that someone made a mistake on background info and had to cross off "Senate" and put "Congress," but if so, it was just a typo. I don't understand why anyone would over-react to something so small. Coleen"

I'm pretty sure it was someone in the DFL that created the lit, and would have no sort of coordination with Rowley's camp. If that's the case, blame someone in the DFL. I don't say Mark Kennedy's campaign is doomed because the MNGOP website kinda sucks (it's doomed for a dozen other reasons though).
Micah: Do you have information that the DFL created Rowley's literature?
