SD 63's blog has anaylized Lois Conroy's excuse for using a city of Minneapolis computer for a DFL Party fundraising letter.

Be on the alert. Per Jay Heffern, Mpls. City Attorney, the Ethics Officer, Burt Osburn, Assistant City Attorney, has been given the assignment of investigating Conroy's illegal conduct. Why would Jay Heffern ask an Assist. City Attorney to investigate another Assist. City Attorney. Rather stupid isn't it. Guess What? There is a cover up currently in progress at the City Attorney's Office. Osborn, is refusing to investigate Conroy's illegal behavoir. I hope the MDE keeps on top of this matter. Please don't let this matter slip by your hands. P.S. Conroy knew exactly what she was doing and she lied to the newspaper. Conroy's reputation in the City Attorney's Office is that she is not a very credible person. Conroy, along with Jay Heffern and Peter Ginder should be fired.
