MDE EXCLUSIVE: ROWLEY FUNDRAISING LETTER RAISES QUESTION

Yesterday I received a Word document from a DFLer in the 2nd Congressional District who is no longer supporting Coleen Rowley. My source had received an email with an attached invitation to a Coleen Rowley for Congress fundraiser on September 17, 2005.
The original email provided to MDE, was sent last Friday by Jim Leslie, a mathematics instructor and advisor to the Inver Hills Community College Campus Democrats. Mr. Leslie used his school email account (jleslie@inverhills.mnscu.edu) to send the invitaion to DFL activists in the 2nd Congressional District.
After review the document properties, it appears that Mr. Leslie used a copy of Microsoft Word registered to IHCC, which is Inver Hills Community College.
Over the past few weeks, Minnesota Democrats Exposed has exposed numerous DFLers who are using taxpayer resources for partisan campaigns. Rather than challenging my exposures, some DFLers are using my blog as a way to cannibalize their own candidates. Minnesota Democrats Exposed has a healthy appetite and welcomes credible information from DFLers.
Since I received Rowley's fundraising letter from a DFLer in the 2nd Congressional District who is no longer supporting Rowley's candidacy, does this mean Teresa Daly may run again for Congress?
I don't know, but at the very least it's clear that Coleen Rowley's campaign is in trouble with some DFLers.
Maybe they're confused whether she is running for the U.S. House of Representatives or the U.S. Senate?
UPDATE: Is having a fundraiser advertised with taxpayer resources the type of ethical decision-making Rowley supports?

Teresa Daly did a fundraising workshop for the Minnesota Women's Political Caucus Campaign Assistance Project. I help out with this project. (It was an excellent workshop by the way).
I asked Teresa if she was planning on running, and she said she was considering it, but not committed to the idea.
