KENNEDY CAMPAIGN HAS CLAIM TO "MINNESOTA VALUES" SLOGAN

MN Publius claims Mark Kennedy's campaign stole Amy Klobuchar's campaign slogan.
"Then he wholesale rips-off Klobuchar's "Minnesota common sense " slogan. Apparently he's running short of original ideas; surprise!" Source: MN Publius, October 11, 2005
The picture above was taken at Mark Kennedy's U.S Senate campaign announcement on February 11, 2005, over two months before Klobuchar announced her campaign.
On the bottom of the lawn sign in the picture you can clearly see "Minnesota Values. Common Sense Solutions."
If the claim from MN Publius is true that Klobuchar is using the slogan "Minnesota Common sense", then she got it from Kennedy's campaign.

First of all, who cares? Gee, MDE, you sure exposing the rotting core of the DFL by proving MN Publius wrong
Mark Kennedy did not invent "common sense" when it comes to campaign slogans. Guess what, he also isn't the first person to use "values" in his slogan either. Sure he was the first one to slap it on a sign in this particular race, but it doesn't mean he owns it, the public can decide.
First of all, who cares?
Had it been in reverse order, every DFL'er who posts here would have cared.
