According to publish reports, Bergson weighs aproximately 180 pounds. Bergson's blood-alcohol level was .161 at the time of his arrest.
I found a blood-alcohol content calculator and typed in Bergon's weight, the number of drinks he now claims he drank, and different drinks.
It's tough for me to find a combination of four-and-a-half drinks (unless he was drinking double-shots in one hour) that would produce a blood-alcohol content of .161 for a man weighing around 180 pounds.

He needs to come clean. It takes a lot of drinks to get that wasted. I would dare to guess at least 10-15.
It's easy to figure out, he was taking his drinks from a mason jar. He drank 4 and a half jars!
