UPDATE: MDE EXCLUSIVE: ARE DORAN'S U.S. SENATE BILLBOARDS ILLEGAL? #3

I have just been informed that some of Kelly Doran's billboards from his defunct U.S. Senate campaign are still up. One of Doran's billboards was recently spotted on Highway 61 near Winona.

If you are keeping track at home, Doran ended his campaign for the U.S. Senate 83 days ago.
