ENTENZA'S KANGAROO COURT PICTURE?

A dedicated reader of Minnesota Democrats Exposed emailed me a tip about Matt Entenza.
Entenza's campaign website has a picture of him in a courtroom arguing a case in front of a judge. But according to my source, Minnesota does not allow cameras in the courtroom without permission from all of the parties involved in the proceedings, including the judge.
Now I am not a lawyer, but I would appreciate any additional clarification that a lawyer can provide me about cameras in the courtroom. Apparently cameras are allowed in Federal Court, but again, I am not a lawyer.

Matt was forced to go with an actual photo. Couldn't find anyone good enough at Photoshop. All the good ones were in St. Cloud working for the Ox.
