I just received an email from the Minnesota Young DFL regarding their upcoming convention. I went to their website to read more about the convention and I found numerous links to hardcore websites.
I will not directly link to the material (click "Message Board", then, "General", and the click on the top discussion links), nor will I post a screen caputure of the websites listed.
This is unbelievable.

Considering that the last post in that forum is over one year old, and that the comments containing links to other sites began appearing a year after the last forum post, it's obvious that the MYDFL forum has simply suffered an unfortunate spam attack. Comment spam is something that you might be familiar with as a blogger; every day I'm forced to delete several spam comments at Minnesota Republican Watch.
By the way -- as further evidence that this is just a spam attack, following the links does not lead to pornography, but rather a page full of advertising for domain names and web hosting.
Ah, they are gone now. I checked it out and saw the messages disappearing. To me it looked like form spam. I vaguely remember something similar happening here (spam not porn). Isn't that the reason you added the word verification?
In any case, what was bad is that it happened, but that it was promptly deleted. How long was it there? The original messages were over a year and a half old.
Is it possible that a Republican planted it and then tipped MEDE off?
Any foot fetish stuff?
Or did the Drama Queen plant the comments, then post on MDE? Inquiring minds want to know.
Oh no. Not a dormant forum suffering a spam attack. Next you'll tell us that every day, DFL staffers receive emails telling them that they can get "Gr8 Erekshuns" from "Herbal V1agra." Or that staffers have received email contact from the Most Honourable Mbeki Seko, the brother-in-law of Mbuto Sese Seko, who has four million dollars in a Swiss bank account that he's willing to share....
