Urges Amy Klobuchar and Ford Bell to Participate
U.S. Senate candidate Mark Kennedy accepted a debate sponsored by the Metro North Chamber of Commerce to be held at The Mermaid in Mounds View on Friday March 3, 2006 at noon.
"I was happy to accept this debate and I sincerely hope that both Amy and Ford will join me in speaking candidly to voters about the issues," said Mark Kennedy. "The voters of Minnesota deserve an open, honest and friendly discussion of the issues. This Senate seat is too important to allow candidates to hide behind poll tested sound bites and press releases."

Once and for all, Ford Bell will debate anyone, anytime, anywhere. The Bell campaign accepted the Metro North Chamber of Commerce's invitation to debate last week when their exective director Tom Snell contacted the Bell campaign office. Let's start the debates.
