The letter above was distributed by John Wodele. The letter encourages people to support Elwyn Tinklenberg and it is signed by Oberstar, Peterson, Sabo, and McCollum.

I have spoken with someone close to Wetterling's campaign and they claim this is not endorsement letter. The letter (which has no date) is over two months old.

I believe this is an endorsement letter.
