The Republican Party of Minnesota just released the audio of a radio ad criticizing Senator Dean Johnson for the comments he made about gay marriage.

Have you heard what Dean Johnson is saying about the constitutional amendment to define marriage as between one man and one woman?
Here's what he told a group of pastors recently. [play tape] "members of the Supreme Court, I know all of them. I have had a number of visits with them about our law. All of them, every one of them, including the lady who just stepped down, Kathleen Blatz, was my seatmate for four years. She was the chief justice. You know what her response was? 'Dean, we all stand for election too, every six years.' She said 'We're not going to touch it.'"
But the Supreme Court justices say these conversations never happened.
Dean Johnson isn’t being honest. That’s because he doesn’t want Minnesotans to vote on the marriage amendment.
