COLEMAN ABOUT CLINTON "A PRESIDENCY ABOUT NOTHING, AND A SHOW ABOUT NOTHING"
"Sen. Norm Coleman, R-Minn., often mentioned as a vice presidential candidate in 2008, was one of the first speakers on Friday, telling the crowd that the party had to do a better job of reaching out to minorities.
Recalling his days as Democrat, Coleman said the Democratic Party had deserted him and left him disillusioned. He criticized former President Bill Clinton, saying he was a good political messenger with 'nothing worthwhile to say.'

Isn't this ironic coming from a man that is nothing more than a hollow political shell? Also, didn't Coleman endorse Clinton for president twice? I could understand being tricked in 1992, but what does it say about Coleman that he endorsed a do-nothing president that had 4 years in office under his belt?
Norm Coleman and Bill Clinton have much in common...
I was at the 1996 DFL state convention. Saint Paul Mayor Norm Coleman gave a speech and ended it saying that we all have to work hard to re-elect Bill Clinton President and to send Paul Wellstone back to the Senate.
He got a standing ovation for that last line. The rest of his speech was ho-hum.
Draft-dodging, double-speaking, woman-chasing, great hair having SOB. I'm talking about Norm.
