In other news today, it remains unchanged that Minnesota judges are required to run for reelection.
Earlier today, the Senate DFL Caucus had a media availability to communicate their unwavering support of Senator Dean Johnson.
Let's see. Johnson lied and was caught. Then he tries to rationalize it into the equivelent of a "white lie" (for a pastor who says be believes the bible, that's the shocker). Then he's found to have repeated this lie over and over again.
Now the Supremes say that the conversation(s) never took place.
Now the DFL Senate stamps their approval on Dean "The Liar" Johnson.
To me, every person who voted to support Johnson on this demonstrates a total lack of personal character. They also demonstrate that politics are more important to them than personal morality. Lastly, it demontrates they think lying in order to prevent a vote on the same sex marriage amendment is their last ditch effort to prevent the people of MN from having their say.
It's a sad day for DFL members of the Senate.
