This is my favorite complaint about Senator Dayton:

I disagree. I appreciate Dayton's comments. Responsible impartial comments are rare. And while we're at it, ingesting tasty confections is a legitimate function of Dayton's mouth too!
More importantly what do we need to borrow $990 million for?
What is the interest on that?
Nobody seems to notice this waste in either party.
