FORMER DEAN STATE DIRECTOR JOINS DORFMAN CAMPAIGN
I've been informed by a source close to Gail Dorfman's campaign that Laura Nevitt has joined the campaign. Nevitt was the state director for Howard Dean's campaign in Minnesota and also worked on Ford Bell's U.S. Senate campaign.

Wow. Nothing sinks a DFL campaign faster than Laura Nevitt. In 2004 she somehow managed to lose 3 campaings in a single year: Dean, Wetterling and Kerry.
Well, honestly, it was 2, not 3. Kerry won Minnesota.
Hey there MDE - just thought if you were going to talk about me - I would chime in.
First off - let me say thank you for giving me so much power and weilding such influence - I didn't realize I had it in me.
But seriously - tell me how a Surrogate Advance person who came in at the end of a campaing can sink an entire Presidential campaign, how a Political Director who left months before the campaign ended can sink a Congressional race and a State Director who's candidate dropped out before caucuses even arrived here and whose campaign fell apart in an entirely different state is responsible for its complete demise?
But hey, you want to give me that kind of power - I will take it - thanks!
Whatch out other CD5 candidates - I seem to weild magnificant powers of influence.
Lastly - thanks for the plug and a good laugh.
Laura Nevitt recently worked for the Ford Bell campaign. She must be done sinking that campaign too.
By the way, this blog hasn't talked about on Saturday when there was a mic'd Klobuchar staffer, middle-aged guy in a pink shirt at the podium, at the Barack Obama rally who was heard saying Ford Bell looks like the Unabomber. I am certain a video is floating around of this.
