WALKER: WELFARE RECIPIENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE A DRINK ON OUR DIME
The mean nasty bill that would require a welfare waiting period for new Minnesota residents and prohibit welfare recipients from using their electronic benefit cards to buy cigarettes or alcohol passed the House of Representatives.
