BLOGGING AT THE HOOVER DAM

By Michael B. Brodkorb | May 10, 2006

The Hoover Dam is awesome.  Thanks to that "dam" Becky Lourey, there is a great debate going on about her "dam" endorsement from MN Now
I'll have more posts later tonight.

Ah, the Hoover Dam, one of those great marvels of the modern age that would never ahve been built without Government Assistance.

For those of us who are cubicle bound and have to live vicariously through others, keep the pix coming. Is this a vacation, by the way?

Yes – a much needed vacation

A great place to be amazed at what we are able to do right. Enjoy the road trip for those of us working while you play.

    I agree with KenT here.
Afterall we’ve seen the government screw-up big time more so than not just recently. pre-War intelligence, planning for occupation, Katrina, tax cuts, deficit managment, economic stewardship, protection of civil liberties, winning the war on terror, keeping us safe, protecting the borders, etc. And, that’s all within the last couple of years.
I’m certainly understanding where the republicans get their distrust of government being able to do anything right.
