STAR TRIBUNE EDITORIAL PAGE HITS NEW LOW
By Michael B. Brodkorb | June 17, 2006
Days after lecturing the Republican Party of Minnesota about criticizing Senator Mark Dayton, the Star Tribune editorial page calls President Bush "King George" and jokes that he may start beheading people soon.

This is depraved.
The same Strib op/ed page that just one week ago eagerly (and smugly . . . the exact words used were “taking the debate shamefully low”) tried to discredit Kennedy v. the Machine for mentioning Keith Ellison and Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in the same breath, now does exactly the same thing with regards to Zarqawi and President Bush.
If their intent was not to make the Zarqawi link, why else would the Strib have used the term “beheadings”?
These people are not only dishonest, they are sick.

Funny. When Katherine Kersen writes an opinion piece, the Star Tribune is the greatest news media outlet ever, but when someone else writes something, they are not credible.
Which is it?

Lori Sturdevent and the rest of the loonie lefties on their editorial board have taken to believing all their fellow leftie bloggers. Not that they’ve ever had much credibility, but they no longer have any. Blois, Lambert and the other loonies can be taken as seriously as a Beatle Bailey comic strip.

I refuse to spend 50 cents on that horrible DFL newsletter, but someone brings one to work on occasion.
The writing reminds me of a 18 year old trying to rebel. He doesn’t really know what to write, so just pieces together nasty phrases to try to get attention. Also their lack of knowledge is interesting. I’d love to debate any of the editors from the Red Star.

Wanna play a fun game?
Change the subject of that last post from the Star Tribune to MDE, and you have a pretty accurate asessment of this train wreck.

I think Jim Boyd is still cowering behind his desk and ducking a debate with the guys from Powerline.
As for Roving, I’m supposed to pass along that Alcoa called and your shipment of aluminum foil is so large that they will have to delay the shipment for another 3-4 weeks.
Your current headwear will have to do until your shipment is sent out.

Roving Reporter: If this blog is a train wreck, then you must be a fool for riding the train.
