Then the neighbor called the cops to make sure the kids would be taken care of, and the cops took them to the same warm place the bus driver was supposed to take them to in the first place. And the report you posted above clearly says, “STAFF SAYS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DROPPED OFF THERE AFTER SCHOOL.”
