I agree with Paul,( about the CPA, not the doofus part) when my husband became a comtroller for a small business he let his accounting license expire..and was infomed he could no longer use that with his name..
Every CPA out there knows Kennedy is using this title illegally..He can call him self a bookeeper..period..

I’ve always found Mark Kennedy to be an annoying doofus, but after listening to their debate yesterday, I suspect that he may have brain damage. Or, he’s as stupid as he sounds. If you’re involved in his campaign, you may want to get him in for a MRI. This constant reference to being a CPA makes him look like not just a doofus, but also a complete nerd.

Such as Kennedy calling out DFLers about “George Bush is not on the ballot” yet citing Mark Dayton references to Amy. Is Mark Dayton on the ballot?

As well as Kenney’s gem today that “Jim Ramstad is not on the ballot”. I guess he pulled out of the CD 3 race. Surely this will be deleted soon though…

I love how MN Campaign Report and MN Politics Guru justify the hipocracy. It’s almost as bad as Hillary Clinton serving on the Board of Wal Mart for years (and presumibly voting on whether to provide health care for Wal Mart employees as well as making a lot of money from the Wal Mart company serving on their board) and then criticizing Wal Mart for being a “bad corporate citizen.”

It’s more of the do as we say not as we do mentality typical of DFL candidates and office holders.

Many of the funds I invest in have money in companies I don’t like. I choose my investments based on fees and returns, not on individual companies. If I wanted to invest in individual companies, I would buy stocks, not mutual funds.

I’m sure that if Kennedy has any mutual funds, he has money in companies that he doesn’t agree with. Who cares? Getting PAC money is a much more significant connection that merely investing in a mutual fund.

So then there must be no hypocrisy in Kennedy taking $50 grand in Big Oil PAC money, then turning around and running an ad which claims he’s taking on the oil companies.. Riiiiighht.
