MN GOP CALLS ON KLOBUCHAR TO COME CLEAN OVER HER INCOMPLETE & INACCURATE FEC REPORT
By Michael B. Brodkorb | September 6, 2006
St. Paul- Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman Ron Carey today called on Amy Klobuchar to immediately amend her incomplete and inaccurate FEC report after she filed a report that was missing over $287,000 in expenditures.
"Amy Klobuchar likes to talk a lot about transperancy and open government, but her most recent FEC report shows that she has failed to file over $287,000 in expenditures to her campaign. Klobuchar needs to immediately amend her FEC report and show Minnesotans which expenditures are missing. We know Klobuchar can't follow simple debate rules; now we know she can't add."

Looks to me like Becky “Windmill” Otto might have been doing the math here,…

A typical misrepresentation by the right. There is no incorrect addition at all.
Instead, the FEC report you can download shows only 630 pages of a 727 page report. Each page is labelled “628 of 727″, “629 of 727″, “630 of 727″, etc. The report was apparently prepared with the help of a computer to handle the large amount of data, number the pages, etc.
Instead of slandering Amy, why not try to find out what really happened to pages 631-727? It’s so much more fun to accuse the other side of dramatic mistakes, rather than to find out the truth, isn’t it?

I just spoke with the Klobuchar campaign, and this has been taken care of.

Who’s watching the watch-dog while she adds on her fingers?

BH-
You don’t seem to read what is posted very carefully.
Go back and do some more math practice and come back afterwards and maybe post something relevant next time.
The fact is, she goofed and got caught.
Go on, I dare you to take a second look…

Facts, once again you come up short.
This thread claims she can’t add. No proof.
This thread claims the report is inaccurate. No proof.
If you claim there are addition errors and the report is incorrect, you are not supported by the facts, uh, “Facts”.

Oh, if you are referring to Otto… we’re still waiting for Andersen to admit she amended her report online without changing the date on the report.
That’s a $180 MILLION dollar mistake, secretly corrected and swept under the rug, by the Republican state auditor.
