STEVEN SCHIER: “…IT’S HARD TO VIEW THESE POLLS AS AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF THE RACE”
By Michael B. Brodkorb | September 18, 2006
"At this point, it's hard to view these poll results as an accurate representation of the race. First, no other polls have consistently reported margins this wide. Second, the poll recorded the lowest statewide job approval for George W. Bush ever — 36% — despite the fact it was taken during the 9/11 anniversary week when Bush's job approval improved in some national polls." Source: Political Wire, September 18, 2006

Schier also hypothesizes that Kennedy is trailing badly, but, we wouldn’t want context, would we?

Hell, its not secret… even other polsters look at the M-P as a joke.
But, leave it to the DFL to go hog wild (which they are) about it.
I wonder if the DFL put as much stock into it as others???
