I have only seen MDE use authentic docs that can be accessed in the world of Public Domain…he just seems to know of the importance of them and then wisely posts them so that the MSM cannot hide information that voters need to know!
I have never seen any illegal or questionably accessed info on this site.

Perhaps a bit spirited from time to time…but that is what we like about this blog!!

“Dirty tricksterisms” Alright let me pick myself back up off the floor. Did the author of this blog actually write this?? Excuse me, but I think in some regards that is the pot calling the kettle black. This blog has gained a reputation by uncovering items, and some I would guess would say, by the technique of “dirty tricksterims”

It appears that the ad in question was not held with the greatest of security…or any for that matter. Regardless, perhaps the blogger would have done better by posting the ad instead of sending it to the campaign. The campaign did the right thing by letting go the staff member who should have known better.

I’m sorry but based on what I have seen printed here by a Kennedy Staff Member, I have a hard time taken the cries of his campaign too seriously on a matter that has been dealt with.

As for the five day “delay” it makes sense. I don’t imagine the FBI is all that thrilled when potential crimes are reported to them via press conference.

Also, note that the campaign fired this staffer before the story broke, when they didn’t have to do so for appearence’s sake.

STARTRIBUNE today:
Goldfarb said the blogger contacted McGuinness on Saturday and that he and Klobuchar learned of it “over the weekend.” The campaign called the FBI on Monday and formally filed a report on Wednesday, he said.

“We took immediate action, and everything we knew was reported to the FBI,” Goldfarb said. “But we didn’t want to announce anything until that process was complete.”

He declined to identify the blogger or answer other questions “because law enforcement officials will now be reviewing this matter.” He added: “The Klobuchar campaign will cooperate fully with law enforcement.”

That is ridiculous.
That is their excuse for not telling Mr. Kennedy?
Mr. Kennedy should have been informed ‘over the weekend’ when they found ut, and I will add, apparently other staffers knew about this when she showed it to them, where is their integrity? Tells me it is a nest of liars.
They should have notified Mr. Kennedy immediate if there was a known insecurity in the Kennedy/Howell connection that was so easy to access.

Clearly a set up job…
And for Amy to KNOW who the blogger was and to hide A) the easy access
B) her staff possessing knowledge
Cand to have this happen at the same time as the CLinton visit and before her denate with Mr. Kennedy
gives the dastardly AMY a special kind of stink all her own in this situation.

She is employing the Clinton technique here…
“I don’t recall, I don’t know anyting about it…I did not have sex with that blogger”

Shameful.
She should be made to explain WHO all knoew on her staff and why they did not come forward and ONE of them, Goldfarb or AMY will have to come clean and take responsibility for this.

If she gets to Washington, how many SECURITY leaks will she be responsible for?
A risk we cannot afford to take in these trying times.
How can we trust her and a staff to keep SECURITY tight and clean and to protest us?

She is dirty!
Hold her feet to the fire…PLEASE!

It’s not clear that Noah typed in the word “Allen” into a search field. That has been assumed by the media, but I’m not convinced. Sometimes you can get to a link by typing directly the URL, but of course the URL is so long that you wouldn’t understand how to get it, but to get through the links you need a password. Would he have found the ad without typing in the word “Allen”????

Who is telling the truth?

I’m a bit less angry at Noah now that I know this wasn’t found through hacking or other chicanery; still, he shouldn’t have passed this along to the Klobuchar campaign, and they definitely should have refused it at all levels immediately. (Had he done a story about the ad, that would be different–but he didn’t).

In short, I think this was a mistake by Noah, but not necessarily a crime at this point. Nevertheless, it was a big mistake insofar as it causes a huge distraction to a campaign that was (and in all likelihood still is, let’s be honest) cruising to victory. And it was a huge mistake by the ousted Coms Director–Noah may have been misguided or made a mistake, but she should have known better, and she definitely deserves her fate.
