    Good.
We look very much forward to it!!

She should NEVER have withheld that information from Mr. Kennedy for five minutes!
She is an officer of the court and KNOWS this is theft of Intellectual Property and it is illegal and …SHE participated in it!

She even went to a debate with this information.
She needs to be reminded of the law!

Noah is moderating his comments on his site only to let the positive comments through. If he wanted to play with the big dogs, he needs to grow up. This is a big learning lesson for him.

The more Ron Carey pursues this, the more it will hurt the Republicans.

This is why Klobuchar is ahead: people trust her to do what’s right.

This is why Mark is losing: people expect him to make mountains out of molehills.

What else would you expect of him?

And MDE does not moderate comments?

Look at what Publius has posted. No password protection. Who’s lying here? MDE?

    Centrist,

Didn’t Nixon get in trouble for breaking into the democrats campaign hq to steal info on his opponent? Welcome to the 21st century. This is a crime.

    3. ‘that is why Klobuchar is ahead…’

    WHo are you kidding?
After this debacle I am inclined to think that this password, and search destroy mission isn’t the only misdemeanor here in her campaign.
Hacking into computors is her specialty in her camp apparently and that would explain the incredibly mysterious POLL NUMBERS that have been presented by her father’s old employer, the STRIB!

She needs a complete investigation into all of her staffers and her contacts now.

Pretty obvious that she does not operate in an above board manner with the voters.
She did not put Mark Kennedy’s rights or concerns in any place of importance with this mess.
She should have told him first!!! NOT five days later!

Amy is ahead in the polls and will remain so because she hs not been afraid to speak up about the issues that affect Minnesotans that are the most vulnerable. There are people hurting in this state and she is reaching out to them.

The War in Iraq is dragging this country down. Minnesotans are tiring of the rhetoric from Washington that things are peachy-keen. Good paying jobs continue to get sent overseas. The jobs that are being created, as stated by the Bush Administration, do not replace the wages or benifits that were lost. Americans are struggling to make ends meet. The tax cuts to the very wealthy will be transferred to my children and grandchildren long after I am gone.

Mark Kennedy says he is an “independent” when he supports the President over 90% of the time over the last several years. His support for working families goes in line with the Republican Party’s mantra “we have ours, the rest can go to hell in a hand basket.” Working families continue to struggle with lost jobs, lost health Care , rising Energy costs, increasing prices for consumables, deciding to send the kids to college or cut back on other expenses, etc. I do not think Mark Kennedy has a clue as to how difficult it is to be “Middle Class” these days. He talks the talk, but does he walk the walk??

If the Republicans want to make this an issue, then it will be the voters who decide who is going to be the best candidate to represent them over the next 6 years. Karl Rove and his ilk will do whatever it takes, wether it is ethical or not, to see that their candidates get elected and remain in POWER.

I bet Amy Klobuchar also killed John F. Kennedy, Vince Foster and Dale Earnhart.

    They should look into that.

Diane, Your absolutely right about the timing !
We should now ask the question: DID NOAH KUNIN INFORM OTHER DEMOCRAT CAMPAIGNS OF HIS ABILITY TO
BREACH THE SCOTT HOWELL SITE ? and WHO ACCESSED THIS SITE SINCE THE TIME THAT KUNIN FIRST BREACHED IT ?
NOTE for D.J. TICE and the STAR-TRIBUNE: I hope you will ANSWER THE ABOVE QUESTIONS WHEN YOU
PUBLISH your ” AMY did the right thing” whitewash
of this VERY SERIOUS INCIDENT ! I COULD BE VERY EMBARASSING FOR YOU IF BLOGGERS HAVE TO DO YOUR YOUR WORK FOR YOU AGAIN !!

  11. jimj Says:
    September 21st, 2006 at 2:35 PM

And kathy take your INTELLECTUAL FILLIBUSTERING
some place else ! Your post is the written equivilent of someone covering their ears and YELLING “I’M NOT LISTENING NO MATTER WHAT FACTS
YOU SHOW ME !!” LADY, YOUR A LIBERAL BIGOT !

Great, now roving reporter is trying to make this factual complaint a nutty GOP conspiracy. I think the dems win the prize for idiotic conspiracy theories!!!

Hey, perhaps Amy will take the high road and admit she made a “wrong decision” But I think we should do to Amy and her rip off artists what was done to Nixon . Atleast Nixon resigned!!

  13. kathy Says:
    September 21st, 2006 at 4:26 PM

I have been called nastier names by people for standing up for what I believe in. But “Liberal Bigot” is the nicest of all. Thank you jimj!! This shows you to be a gentleman of the highest caliber!!

  14. Diane Says:
    September 21st, 2006 at 7:14 PM

What AMY has done is more than make a ‘wrong decision’ here…it is illegal.
    She is the County Attorney!
She was attempting to cover op a crime.
    Theft of Intellectual Property.

She is responsible for the seemy delay and for placing Mr. Kennedy at risk for FIVE DAYS.

AMY is the Queen of her own world according to AMY. This is very wrong and is prosecutable.
    Fraud, and, coverup.

If this had happened to her campaign she would be ballistic!
She needs to answer Ron Carey…’what took you so long Amy’
    She is no innocent here!
