Or maybe they were polling on the substance of the previous ad that has the exact same message? Just look at the transcripts of the previous attack ad and the new one (which is pretty poor in my opinion). They have the exact same points, they just present the BS in a different way.

1st attack ad: “KLOBUCHAR: “The best way to look at someone is to see if their gonna do good work for you is see what they’ve done in the past.” ANNCR: “Amy Klobuchar attacks lobbyists. But records show she was a registered lobbyist for 12 years. She crusades against special interests, yet took a half million dollars from a group that funnels money to extremely liberal candidates. She attacks big oil and pharmaceuticals but has thousands invested in both.” KLOBUCHAR: “The best way to look at someone is to see what they’ve done in the past… see what they’ve done in the past.” KENNEDY: “I’m Mark Kennedy and I approve this message”

New attack ad:”Being a lobbyist is fun, just ask Amy Klobuchar. Now that sheâ€™s running for Senate, sheâ€™s saying bad things about lobbyists. But for 12 years she was a lobbyist for special interests and made thousands investing in big oil and drug companies. And Amy Klobuchar hasnâ€™t ruled out becoming a lobbyist again. Being a lobbyist is funâ€¦when you do it the Amy Klobuchar way. Hahaha. Iâ€™m Mark Kennedy and I approve this message”

If your mom made a pie and set it on the kitchen table, is it ok if I come into her house and take it? Even if it’s the worst tasting pie I’ve ever had…..it’s still stealing.

The ad is not the issue.
It is the theft of the ad and the appalling DELAY of the report of the theft by the Hennepin County Attorney!!!
Amy is an accomplice in the crime no matter how you look at it.

When pouting she could hold her breath for days and days.
This is her idea of campaigning by Amy.
A quality individual would have contacted Mark Kennedy immediately. She would have sought to protect his interests out of honor.
As an officer of the court; she should never have allowed Mark to remain vulnerable for a minute. WHY did she?

She sure looks like a bullheaded change of life kind of female here. Very sad.
