BREAKING NEWS: COMPUTER SCANDAL IN 6TH CD DISCOVERED
By Michael Brodkorb | October 17, 2006
This letter was released by Michele Bachmann's campaign in the last 30 minutes. From the letter:
"Our campaign has recently uncovered a set of facts that are very disturbing. These facts point to what could be a dirty trick by your campaign and may involve violations of both federal and state campaign and communications laws.
On October 16, 2006 5:09 pm, Luke Hellier of my campaign staff received an email signed by someone named Erick. What flagged this email as unusual was the sender line read 'Jon Bohn' avalanchz@hotmail.com. The content of the email also contained information not available to the general public at that time. The sender asked my campaign about a media survey that had not yet been made available to the general public. The sender went on to ask about my campaign strategy.
Searching our volunteer records showed a person with the similar email address using the same screen name, avalanchz@aol.com, had signed up as a volunteer as Erick Johnson on October 9 at 5:37 pm. Our records show that the person asked to volunteer to help make phone calls, help with literature drops and door knocking.
Further investigation shows Jon Bohn to be a member of your paid campaign staff. Mr. Bohn has been paid by your campaign since at least September."
Please check back to Minnesota Democrats Exposed for further information on this developing story.

Is anyone surprised that Democrats would resort to this kind of dirty trick three weeks before the election? A PAID Wetterling campaign staffer volunteers for the Bachmann campaign under a false identity. They have no shame. It’s “win at any cost” to liberal Democrats.

Thus far we have a computer scadal in Klobuchar’s campaign involving Noah Kunin.
A computeremail violation in Ostrow’s campaign in which the staffer was fired as was Tara in Amy’s office for her participation.
And now Wetterling’s gang is messing with Michele.
And nationally the Foley IM issue.
Will Bachman call in the FNI on this one too.
We have seen the future…the future is now!

I am pretty sure Michele will win this one regardless of what happens with all of this.(and for a moderate to admit to that…).
Clearly, this is one of the stupidest things we’ll hear about this cycle. That said, Wetterling (herself) actually comes out of this looking pretty good–decisive, strong, while the Wetterling campaign looks STUPID.
What a STUPID way to spend campaign energy in the first place–work in a positive way for your candidate, don’t be a jerk/wannabe spy–STUPID.

I hate to do it again, but I’ve got to say it again:
STUPID, STUPID, STUPID.

Proves that Puppet Patty is not a nice person. She’s even more dirty then Hatch!!

Don’t forget the Coleen Rowley staffer who tried to join the Kline campaign and tried to make an illegal contribution.

I agree. This is one of the reasons I wish she didn’t get involved in partison politics. It will be hard to look at Patty Wetterling in the future and not think of the ad about the flat tax….I mean Bachmanns proposal to raise taxes 23%.

At what point are these isolated incidents no longer isolated in the sense that they indicate an overall pattern of unethical conduct that typifies the way Democratic campaign workers operate in Minnesota?

Southern Minny, That’s the problem with Wetterling ! Other than Child Safety issues,She
is almost totally ignorant on other issues (Foreign Policy, Taxes and Public works etc.) I
don’t want a staff full of JON BOHN’s and NOAH
KUHN’s MAKING POLICY DECISIONS FOR 6th DISTRICT
VOTERS !

I would advise GOP candidates to run on Harry Reid’s “culture of corruption.” Just keep repeating ” the Minnesota Dim. culture of corruption”

Just this weekend the Olmsted County DFL ran the same kind of scheme. They invited the Somali community to attend a “voter education” meeting where they were supposed to “meet the candidates.” The only candidates there were DFLers, however.
Voter indoctrination was more like it. I’ll bet they didn’t tell the Somalis that the DFL is pro-abortion and against defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Isn’t Luke the guy who videotapes protesters? No wonder he hangs with Michele ‘Bushbunny’ Bachmann.
They like to spy on people, so why are they upset?

These kind of scandals can put someone’s political future at risk. Don’t they know the sensitivity of the issues? People better reject such ‘so-called’ leaders.
