MEET A MARK RITCHIE CONTRIBUTOR: FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTOR TO ULTRA-PARTISAN LIBERAL GROUPS, GEORGE SOROS
By Michael B. Brodkorb | January 2, 2007
George Soros contributed $250.00 on September 2, 2006 to Mark Ritchie’s campaign.  Taking money from George Soros will make if incredibly difficult for Republicans to trust Ritchie.
WHO IS GEORGE SOROS?
“Soros pledged to raise $75 million to defeat President Bush in the 2004 Presidential election, and personally donated nearly a third of that amount to anti-Bush groups (see The Shadow Party). He gave $5 million to MoveOn.org, the group that produced political ads likening Bush to Adolf Hitler. He also contributed $10 million to a Democratic Party 2004 get-out-the-vote initiative called America Coming Together, whose directors include representatives from the AFL-CIO, the Sierra Club, the Service Employees International Union, and EMILY’s List. He further pledged $3 million to the Center for American Progress (CAP), a think-tank headed by former Clinton chief-of-staff John Podesta.” Source: Discover the Networks
Moveon.org Mega-donor George Soros called 9/11 attacks “Spectacular”:
Soros: 9/11 Terrorist Attacks “Could Not Have Been More Spectacular.” “Hijacking fully fueled airliners and using them as suicide bombs was an audacious idea, and its execution could not have been more spectacular.” (George Soros, “The Bubble Of American Supremacy,” The Atlantic Monthly, 12/1/03) Source: Republican National Committee
George Soros Claims War On Terror Is A “False Metaphor” That Cannot Be Won:

One of the best ways to learn about Minnesota’s new Secretary of State, Mark Ritchie, is to examine the background of his camaign contributors. Over the next week, I’ll be posting information about the ultra-liberal, leftist, pro-Castro, anti-business, communist sympathizers who contributed to Mark Ritchie’s campaign. Check back tomorrow for another post on a Ritchie campaign contributor.

Actually George Soros and Michael Moore are the best things that ever happened to the Republican party.
Those two are so far over the top and so far off into some left wing fantasy land, that they help Republicans. I bet Tom Daschel wishes he didn’t hump Michael Moore’s leg now (actually it was a big man-hug, but same effect).

Let us not forget that after donating to Ritchie, Soros still had enough cash on hand to buy the local lefty “reporters” who republish his lunatic daily talking points memo at MiniMoni.

I’m often tempted to believe that the MiniMoni sock puppets are putting George’s desire to make mind altering narcotics available into practise.

Gasp! A wealthy man puts his assets towards social and political causes! He’s supposed to put that money in a tax shelter in the Cayman Islands.
So, Michael, any of that sweet half million of Bob Perry’s money trickle down to you?

Tom,
You shouldn’t mention tax shelters and George Soros in the same breath – it causes me to laugh too much! George Soros, patron saint of the far left, is actually under indictment in France for, gasp, tax evasion! It’s funny how limousine liberals (actually he’s more of a Socialist) preach one thing and then practice something different when it comes to their own finances.
Soros also tried bankrupting the Pound Sterling and did severe damage to the economy of Great Britian in the 1980s. That’s not very nice, is it?
