The office will be run in a nonpartisan manner by Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, BUT Mark Ritchie is a DFLer, a progressive, and a community activist. That's his base, those are his supporters and his super volunteers. You can be an independent voice and still maintain a party affiliation you know. What the ? dude?
