So when Dean Johnson is majority leader he’s not really in charge, then when Pogemiller (who was part of the Senate mafia during Johnson’s reign) become majority leader he completely disappears. Is there not one capable person in that caucus who can do the job?

It’s his normal MO to be missing in action. Now that he is majority leader let’s see if he shows for votes.

Pogemiller has stated numerous times that Clark is to be the voice of the DFL.
He has also asked all lobbyist in Minnesota to deal with Clark instead of him.
