Seifert suggest he wants higher office. This is a Dem. thought. All I have ever heard him say is he likes being the State Rep from 21A. Had he wanted to be in the State Senate he could have moved up in 2000. He did not. I am sure he would rather be Speaker than Minority Leader, but I have never heard him aspire to higher office.
