VIDEO OF MN GOP PRESS CONFERENCE ON FRANKEN
By Michael Brodkorb | February 15, 2007
This is a portion of Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman Ron Carey’s press conference about Al Franken’s candidacy for the U.S. Senate. Chairman Carey and the communications and research staff at the Republican Party of Minnesota did a great job of defining Franken as an angry partisan.
When my schedule allows, I’m planning on posting (and shooting) more videos of press events on Minnesota Democrats Exposed.

Sorry, I just posted somewhere else that Republicans don’t understand humor.
Ron Carey proves it. That video is…wow. I’ve never seen anyone bomb like that.

[...] UPDATE: Al Franken spent almost five minutes of his appearance talking about how the Republicans in Minnesota were using his jokes against him. Franken specifically mentioned Chairman Ron Carey's press conference held on the day he announced his campaign. You know Franken's campaign is in trouble when he has to go on Letterman's show to explain old jokes. Franken may be raising money from Hollywood liberals, but it's clear his campaign is becoming consumed by the reaction to his anger and his slash and burn partisan attacks. [...]
