question, that quote isnt necessarily saying he didnt follow Minnesota politcs in his adult life. One can read that as saying he didnt follow minnesota politics while living in st. louis park and going to blake high school. which, i only started following politics at the beginning of my senior year in high school and thats because Bush is an idiot, the Iraq war was/is a sham and I could vote for the first time.

If Franken a. couldnt vote at that time and b. politics at the time were acceptable to him, then I wouldnt care or become interested either.

One could say that following Minnesota politics doesn't necessarily pertain to federal level positions, such as Paul's. Me saying that, I admit, could be reaching a bit to try to defend him.

Sorry,

I meant that I will have a very hard time voting for Norm Coleman with is liberal ideas, including open borders.

I can't stand Franken, but I will have a hard time voting for him with his siding of liberal democrats on Iraq.

Besides that, he has been awful on controlling illegal immigration.

Maybe we should give him back to the democrats.

Good lord Fred here you are again playing your stupid playground games. "I know I did but so did you" or your ever famous "Im rubber and your glue" argument.

It just seems no matter what the discussion you try to turn tables and claim the other side is worse. It seems pretty claer to me your father laft the family shortly after you were born and raised by an angry single mother who may or may not have abused you.

He was too busy reading polls, trying to figure out if he should be a Democrat or a Republican.

Why would a guy living in New York follow Minnesota Politics? Did Norm Coleman follow Minnesota politics while he was growing up in New York or attending college in Iowa?
