Too bad the satellite connection went out in mid sentence. Norm didn’t mention 3 years of non-cooperation and lack of help on the part of the democrats in regard to Iraq. The democrats have been waiting for the moment in time when they could say what Al Franken said. That’s all the war ever meant to democrats – a campaign line which was delivered by Franken on this clip. Democrats, was it all worth it?

So Norm Coleman talks normally, this is the first time I’ve heard him his voice and it was pleasant. Mark Kennedy sounded like someone was pinching his nose and looks kind of ugly… Norm Coleman is pleasant. That doesnt count for anything policy wise but coming off as pleasant certainly sways some undecideds, my friend for Kennedy because Klobuchar just “bugged her”, even though she agrees with about 95% of her issues stances.

Wolf should ask about what Norm thinks should be done with the embryos that are being discarded and destroyed anyway with In Vitro Fertilization. Does he think embryos at this stage of development should be given the same rights and protections as fully developed humans?

Did Norm say his bill got 70 votes? He really shouldn’t lie on CNN–unless of course he can’t run on his actual record:
**
The 63 votes in support on Wednesday included 15 Republican senators, but didn’t include three Democratic backers who were absent. Still, the 66 backers are one vote short of the two-thirds majority needed to override a presidential veto.

There is actually a huge difference between 63 and 66 Senator Coleman. To ’round up’ from 63 to 70 is unbelievable.
