[...] As I wrote two weeks ago, Al Franken (D-Big Entertainment) raised $1.3 million during the last reporting period. His campaign's spin was focused on the fact that Franken only fundraised during half of the reporting period. Therefore, if Franken raised $1.3 million in 45 days, his benchmark for the next full reporting period of 90 days should be close to $2.6 million. [...]

[...] Last week, I wrote that I expected Franken to raise more money than Coleman during the last reporting period: "U.S. Senator Norm Coleman raised more money than Franken during the last reporting period, but I would expect Franken to beat him this quarter. His opportunities to raise are much greater as this is his full-time job while Coleman is busy being a good Senator." [...]

I am sorry to say, but I think that Norm Coleman just "bought" his way out of office and sold Minnesota along with it...HE IS GOING TO VOTE "YES" ON CLOTURE TOMORROW FOR THE IMMIGRATION BILL ...that means to end debate and there probably aren't enough votes to stop this awful legislation!

This stinkin' thing doesn't take care of our borders at all; he is giving his votes away to democrats and for years to come. "Terrorists, welfare grabbers, welcome to MEXICANA!" What a sham. Hello Senator Franken or Cierisi and President Hillary.

Norm wasn't too busy being Senator to go to Orange County (on the other side of the continent) to raise money.

You know, if Coleman is a such "good" Senator, him doing his job out in DC should make people want to donate to him and help him beat Franken in the fundraising.

Saying he is too busy out in DC to fundraise here in Minnesota basically says then that when he does come back to MN to have a fundraiser, he is being a bad Senator and should be focusing on his Senatorial duties instead of raising money.
