I've spoken with a few Democrats down in HD 28B and this primary could be close.

You can tell the DFL is worried about this, and rightfully so.
Apparently Moreland has some much deeper ties to the district and within normal, average DFL primary voters.
In a low turnout primary, this could be very close.
