BREAKING NEWS: ANOTHER ATTACK MAILING HITS IN HD 28B SPECIAL ELECTION

By Michael B. Brodkorb | August 1, 2007

According to a dedicated reader of Minnesota Democrats Exposed, another attack mailing has hit against the GOP candidate in the special election in HD 28B.  Based on information from my source, the mailing was sent out by the Minnesota DFL, but included numerous pictures of the DFL endorsed candidate Linda Pfeilsticker.

Please check back to Minnesota Democrats Exposed for more information on this developing story.

    Regarding the I-35 bridge collapse….

Guaranteed prediction: Within seven days DFL’ers will be blaming Tim Pawlenty and Republicans for this collapse. If they could they’d blame Bush, too, but that might take a few days longer.

    Wow, classy!

Who would have thunk Democrats would attack the President and soldiers during war? Same people will do the same here.

    Guaranteed.

    We’ll see who’s “classy”.

    Hey Bobby, take a break.

That’s good advice. I’d suggest during your break, you give blood. They NEED it.

Bobby’s probably right, but it didn’t need saying.

Mock me all you want but just wait, you’ll see.

Unfortunately it didn’t take seven days. On WCCO radio, Elwyn Tinklenberg said (and I’m paraphrasing) that if we had raised the gas tax, this tragedy would not have happened.

Bobby is right, DJZ, and YOU KNOW IT. Your kind will try to build support for tax increases on the ruins of the I-35 bridge. It’s in your liberal nature to exploit tragedy to advance your neo-Marxist philosophy. You turn my stomach.

If people should have stopped playing politics for a full weekend because Norm Colemans dad died then maybe we should probably go at least an hour on this one.

If there is blaime to be placed on this then it will come in good time.

I heared one comment on CNN that part of the problem was that we have taken funds away from roads and toward light rail, but lets face reality if anyone saw this coming they would have done something about it. The only realilistic possibility being something happened in the last few weeks that should have resulted in the bridge shutting down, but if that was the case one would think the decision would be in experts hands rather then the govrments.

By the way I have yet to hear anything from Keith Ellison on this yet, maybe the media has ignored a release from himor his office, but I doubt it.

  12. DJ Danielson Says:
    August 1st, 2007 at 10:11 PM

Rep. Ellison made a statement on the floor tonight. He, along with Sens. Klobuchar and Coleman will be flying back tomorrow morning to meet with transportation Secretary Mary Peters.

  13. Chestnut Says:
    August 1st, 2007 at 10:42 PM

Mike, CAIR hasn’t told Ellison what to say yet.

  14. djz Says:
    August 2nd, 2007 at 5:22 AM

Wow. I guess the protesters had it right over at Colemans house. The new rule, as demostrated here is to never let up on the other side. No matter what.

Elwyn Tinklenberg is not elected to anything or the chair or active in any DFL unit but, he’s the excuse? The Mayor, Congressional Delegation and other DFL leaders seem to be doing the right thing but, Elwyn says something and we are slimed? B.S.

Such as MDE rules of engagement. I’ll go over to the next thread and get into character.

  15. Bobby Says:
    August 2nd, 2007 at 6:42 AM

As I said, it was guaranteed.

    Who lacks class now?

  16. Chris Says:
    August 2nd, 2007 at 8:37 AM

    djz,

Elwyn was only a DFL candidate for Congress and the previous Transportation Commissioner.

Also, you’re ignoring the posts on the Daily Kos and Democrat Underground telling Pawlenty to get fucked and saying that he and David Strom should lose sleep for the rest of their lives.
