DFLER FRUSTRATED WITH THE NARROW FOCUS OF SPECIAL SESSION
By Michael B. Brodkorb | September 11, 2007
"The narrow focus of today’s legislative special session remains a disappointment to Assistant House Majority Leader Frank Moe.
'It’s frustrating,' the Bemidji DFLer said Monday night via cell phone interview as he headed to St. Paul.
The agreement worked out between Republican Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Democrat legislative leaders calls for a short session to approve a $150 million flood aid package for southeast Minnesota." Source: Bemidji Pioneer, September 11, 2007

Of course it is, DFLers think they should be in session year round so they can get per diem and their housing paid for. Oh wait, they already get all that. I guess they just want to legislate the snot out of us.

It’s expensive to maintain two homes. The one you actually live at in the metro and the one you claim to live at in your district. Just ask Aaron Peterson. Without the per diem these guys may actually have to live next to us hicks they supposedly represent.

The dumb bastards couldn’t get their job done in the regular session, what makes anyone think a special session will help.
Keep the rat bastards out of St. Paul. Or, if you have to open the city gates for that sludge, keep their agenda short.
If the DFL is frustrated, the GOP is doing their job. Fuck the liberals and their anti-growth, anti-opportunity agenda.

Duh…of course any DFLer would be frustrated by being limited on the amount they can milk us for.
F-ers.
