MDE FROM THE ARCHIVES: MARGARET CHO COMPARES PRESIDENT BUSH TO HITLER AT MOVEON.ORG EVENT WITH FRANKEN
By Michael B. Brodkorb | September 27, 2007
Earlier in the week, I posted video of Al Franken at a MoveOn.org event. Thanks to a dedicated reader of Minnesota Democrats Exposed, I’ve received footage of Margaret Cho comparining President Bush to Adolf Hitler at the same event. Cho has a foul mouth, so keep the volume down if you’re at work.

Please nominate AL!!!! Even in the current politically caustic environment (for Gop’ers), Norm can clean his clock:)

That’s Cho biz!

Margaret Cho is almost as un-funny as Al Franken. Crude, stupid and lame.
September 27th, 2007 at 7:08 PM
Oh come on, that was funny!
September 27th, 2007 at 10:28 PM
cho is a fat ass pig….very unfunny

Weak – this is something Margaret Cho said – not something Al Franken said. When there’s so much Franken material, why try to attribute things said by others to Franken?
Senator Coleman crossed party lines to vote for the Hate Crimes Law – OutFront Minnesota and Log Cabin Republicans have praised this action.

I wonder how the usual suspects among the anti-gay activist groups such as Edwatch and the MFC will respond. I’ve written Tom Prichard for comment.

It seems that what Al Franken found “funny” was Margaret Cho” doing her “Psatty Hearst” Symbionese Liberation Army thing.
I follow the Symbionese Liberation Army at my http://soliah.com which I started after now convicted SLA terrorist was arrested here in the Twin Cites in mid 1999. This was pre-soliah but she was aware of the SLA assaination of Marcus Foster. The blatently racist Symbionese Liberation Army decided that educational improvement of urban blacks could not occur so the SLA assasinated Marcus Foster, the first black superintendent of a major urban school district. If you wish to view Marcus Foster’s vision of urban education that the (basically white middle class suburban ) SLA found unacceptable, deserving Marcus Foster’s assasination. I took the liberty of putting Marcus Foster’s book on his vision of urban education online. Feel fre to brose or read it http://makingschoolswork.com Bill Harris, another SLA member (white, suburban, middle class) described Marcus Foster, after his assaination in a SLA communique’ as “That jive assed (n-word).
Later on the SLA assassinated http://myrnaopsahl.com a mother of four depositng church collections in the bank. “Margaret Cho” who had to study the SLA in detail for her comedy act apparently though this was “funny” So apparently did Al Frnaken in attendence.
What is amazing is that the mainsteam media are not “phased” by these events. It appears to the main stream media that lefties can do no wrong.

As far as Liberals are concerned, this is substance and that’s all that is needed to raise money for the Democratic party.

Veritas, its too bad we dont know what you look like so we can make fun of your fat ass. Honestly, why bother going there? Grow up, I think we left all left 4th grade awhile ago.

Margaret Cho is a dumb cunt. She’s funny as rape. No wonder Al Franken loves her.

I love good comedy as much as the next guy.
Hell, I even enjoy Bill Maher’s show despite his politics.
But this Margaret Cho/Rosie O’Donnell/Whoopi Goldberg/Garofolo…all these clowns—–they’re just not that funny.
Moreover, they’re really not that bright.
Some of the best comedy comes from people who aren’t just witty, but they make interesting correlations between events and people that the average Joe doesn’t think about. (Think Seinfeld)
The above mentioned folks don’t do that, and are most definitely suffering from a very acute case of Bush Derrangement Syndrome.
Bush could cure cancer, and Al Franken would come out and say that the Republicans have been hiding the cure for years and that this is just a way to make Phizer and Bristol-Myers Squibb rich.
The underlying part of these comedians—and I use that term loosely, is that they just aren’t that smart.
There are multiple reasons to criticize this President. I voted for the man twice, and I’m very critical of him.
But there is a distinct difference between offering a critique based on facts, beliefs, personal principles….whatever, and bashing the President based on an emotional rant that makes you look like a 9-year old.
Al Franken’s books, commentary and political platform put him in the category of the adolescent, naive DFL moonbat.
Sooner or later, people will see that.
This is not to say that Norm Coleman has all the answers to conservatives, but dear God DFL—-Al Franken??
Between the California judicial system and the MN DFL, I shutter to think where this country is going.

Indeed GOP Optimist. Bill Maher is kind of a dick, but he’s pretty quick witted, and funny at times. Dennis Miller is too damn intelligent, and hilarious! Bill Cosby is also one of the all time greats!
The other folks you cite (Cho, Gorofolo, et. al.) are too stupid to breath. There’s nothing particularly informed or intelligent about anything they say. They say controversial things, and get laughs by making people uncomfortable. They put on spectacular displays of ignorance and immaturity.
Ignorance and immaturity… yeah, that pretty much characterizes the Democrat party.
September 28th, 2007 at 9:29 AM
Dead right regarding Cosby and Miller.
Miller’s commentary on O’Reilly’s show always highlights the issues of the week, and gives us a good chuckle even though they are serious matters.
I love it when Miller makes fun of Ahmadinejad’s “Member’s Only” jacket…why does he wear that thing??
Hasselhoff wouldn’t even be caught in one in his drunken stupor!
On a more serious note, I certainly don’t agree with Maher or Larry Miller or some of the other liberal comedians—but they strike me as folks you could at least, conversate with and have some “mildly” intelligent debate.
But others like Franken, Goldberg, O’Donnell are just so out there–politically and personally–that you just can’t even take them seriously.
And Garofolo…has anyone actually listened to this woman? She is so far out there politically that you would think her head is going to spin around 360 degrees at any moment.
The worst part about all these liberal hacks is that they take themselves so damn seriously.
When did Al Franken become a constitutional scholar?
When did Sean Penn become such an outstanding advocate for peace? Was it before or after he was famous for punching out every photographer who has ever picked up a camera?
Can you imagine Newt Gingrich and Jeneanne Garofolo having a debate about politics??
THAT my friends–would be comedy.
(That, or reading Chris Coleman & RT Rybak’s budget proposals—too funny for words)

Norm is way too liberal for me on many issues, but he’ll come through on the biggest things. Such as judicial confirmations and national security.
Geesh, reading the paper this morning though. $12,000,000,000 welfare program for the middle class.
September 28th, 2007 at 9:40 AM
When did Al Franken (or any other liberal for that matter) actually read the Constitution?
Sean Penn’s not a peace advocate, he’s a socialism advocate. It’d be interesting to hear his thoughts on his buddy Hugo Chavez imprisonment of political dissidents and the censorship of media…
Newt would listen to Gorofolo, then dissect her points, giving credit if credit is do. Gorofolo would look at Newt and yell Nazi. She’d be carted off stage foaming at the mouth… she’s a fascist bitch.

In the larger scheme of things, I couldn’t care less about Hollywood types having a political viewpoint.
I don’t care if Tim Robbins votes for Hillary, I don’t care if George Clooney thinks Al Gore is God.
What really DOES get to me is how stupid some Americans are to believe everything they say and vote accordingly.
There are actually people out there that take what Robbins/Penn/Michael Moore say as absolute Gospel–not surprisingly, these are always people that vote for Democrats and have about as much intellect as a plate of mashed potatoes.
As such, this is what primarily bothers me about Al Franken running for the Senate.
If the DFL nominates him, it won’t be because he has the best ideas, or the best chance to win, and it certainly won’t be because he best represents MN values…..
He would be the nominee based on the public’s perception of him and the willingness of dumbshit, high school drop-out, hippies that love the idea of Al Franken standing next to Trent Lott and making idiootic wisecracks to him.
Want to know what type of person would vote for Al Franken? Take a walk around Macalester’s campus.
Fuckin’ hippies

I am in love with Falco after that comment, and I am not even sure who it is!!
You rock Falco!!
September 28th, 2007 at 2:16 PM
BWahahaha!!! Wellstone is not dead, he just ran off with Elvis.
Actually once he realized how bad liberalism was and how it undermined all the country stood for he took the plane down himself.
If you do not like that one how about he knew he waqs going to lose to Coleman is 2202 and rather than let his mindnumb followers down, he took his own life.
No matter how you slice it, it just makes far more sense that he would take his own life over anyone killing him. He did accomplished nothing while in office and was the joke of the senate, so why would anyone fear the great do nothing Wellstone!
September 28th, 2007 at 8:34 PM
Hey Falco,
Anybody that uses the C word to describe ANY woman whether they like them or not, is a nutless little pussy.
Grow up assclown…
September 29th, 2007 at 9:56 AM
Buck is a flaming cunt.
September 29th, 2007 at 3:36 PM
I’d love to engage in some intellegent discourse with you, Falco, but apparently you’re unarmed.
Good luck in clown school.
September 29th, 2007 at 6:33 PM
From what I’ve read of your other comments, flaming cunt, I can’t imagine anything intelligent, much less discourse, coming from you. Ass bag.
September 29th, 2007 at 6:55 PM
Folks – let’s keep it civil.
