A 50 percent administrative rate? Reminds me of when I shilled for Clean Water Action (hint: I boot those shyster hippie bastards off my step now). If I collected $100, my take was $50. My manager's take was $25... and on up the ladder. It was a ponzi scheme in the name of "grass roots activism." I started working there because I wanted to work to improve the environment. I quit because I was morally nauseated by what the organization actually did. I assume most 'activist' organizations are run the same way. Taking suckers for their money.
