REMINDER: FRANKEN PULLED OUT OF TONIGHT’S DEBATE HONORING “FRIEND” & “HERO” PAUL WELLSTONE

By Michael B. Brodkorb | October 22, 2007

This is a reminder that Al Franken's campaign pulled out of tonight's scheduled U.S. Senate debate honoring the late U.S. Senator Paul Wellstone at Carleton College in Northfield. Click here to read my original post.

Today's article from the Star Tribune should be fodder for the candidates that attend tonight's debate.

This post also appears on Blogs for Norm!, an online community and blog covering the 2008 U.S. Senate campaign in Minnesota. The primary goal of Blogs for Norm! is to organize bloggers who support U.S. Senator Norm Coleman.

Franken is a coward. He and his campaign know that every time he opens his lying mouth, he provides us enough ammunition with which to shoot him for months. See him puling out of more and more debates as the campaign heats up.

He knows that his war stance will be highlighted next to Wellstone’s vote against the war, and that he does not want!

That and the Wellstone name has become less than popular in this state. There was a reason why Wellstone was about to lose in 2002.
