OTTO AND PELOWSKI DECLINE REQUEST TO INVESTIGATE ALLEGATIONS THAT RITCHIE MAY HAVE USED HIS OFFICIAL OFFICE FOR CAMPAIGN PURPOSES
By Michael B. Brodkorb | November 10, 2007
Representative Gene Pelowski, Chairman of the House Government Operations Committee, has declined Representative Brod and Emmer's request to investigate allegations that Secretary of State Ritchie may have used his official office to fund his political machine.
State Auditor has also declined a request by Representative Brod and Emmer to investigate allegations that Secretary of State Ritchie may have used his official office to fund his political machine.
According to my sources that I spoke with for this post, both Pelowski and Otto cited the ongoing investigation by the legislative auditor as reason for not investigating Ritchie.
Please check back to Minnesota Democrats Exposed throughout the weekend for more information on this developing story.

somebody in the auditor’s office when I wrote an email asking them to use their influence to make ?Ritchie pay for his trip said they were suppose to audit local governments so at least they are being consistent.

Has he produced info from the data practices request yet? All he has to do is show the proper paper trail and I would think this all goes away.
So where’s the paper trail?

is any one surprised that the DFLiars would be corrupt?

has anyone made the connection to the large number of districts that changed their polling locations without notifying the voters of the change. I know a lot of people who were affected by this. Should the Ritchie be making sure that all voters are informed?

The legislative auditor is the proper authority to be doing the investigation.

John,
I’m not. If they weren’t corrupt and incompetent, they wouldn’t be Democrats.
Eric,
Someone commented on another thread that their polling info had changed, and that the SoS site listed only the old polling place.
All,
I don’t think we need to look any further than the new Minnesota Secretary of State’s office for evidence of wide spread voter fraud. Ritchie is apparently committed to disenfranchising half the state.
Mark Ritchie cannot be trusted! It’s time to move for impeachment!

It’s a Democrat serving as Auditor. Another incompetent, liberal thief… The fox is officially guarding the hen house.

Spam from a campaign: questionable.
Wiretapping without a court order: impeachable.
Perjury and obstruction of justice: 30 months.
A Democrat in the White House: priceless.

SF, you’re an idiot…. a total idiot.
1) It wasn’t spam from a campaign. It was theft of state property, illegally used to further Ritchie’s personal ambitions.
2) It’s called Constitutional authority
3) Apparently, that’s what Scooter received… though the investigation concluded that the allegations it was pursuing were committed, but that they were not a crime… moreover, it was a Democrat who committed the legal disclosure, not the White House.
4) There’s no greater nightmare than a lying, terrorist appeasing, coward Democrat in the White House. Liberalism is a mental disorder.
