As a former Democrat, I have always admired how the Democrats use the agencies of government to strike at their opponents. Put another way, if there is one thing that Democrats are good at, it is their knack of filing complaints against their opponents with government campaign finance boards, ethics boards, county attorneys, etc.
Finally, the GOP is getting into this game. Well done! Well played!

Good point Stonewall. And the Democrats’ solution to this real offense – hit the delete key – shows Democrats’ partisan intent in pursuing past offenses. If Democrats recognized the privacy and neutrality principles involved here Democratic attorney and party chair Melendez would never have said that.

And keep in mind chairman Melendez keeps asking where is the lawbreaking. You need some type of government agency to officially say the law has been broken to shut Melendez down on that point.

I’m not sure that any campaign finance laws were broken, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this complaint is dismissed.
